Refund Policy

When you can ask

All refunds must be requested no later than 3 days before the start date. The program starts on Monday 7 December 2026, so your request must reach us on or before Friday 4 December 2026. If you ask in time, you get a full refund of what you paid for your seat. No fee, no argument.

How to ask

1. Email hello@leadandscalenow.com on or before Friday 4 December 2026. Write from the email address you registered with, or tell us the name and email you used.
2. We confirm your request by email and return the full amount you paid for your seat.

How you are paid back

The refund goes back to the card, bank account or mobile money wallet you paid with, through Paystack or Stripe, whichever you paid with. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or mobile money provider. If you paid by bank transfer directly to us, we send the money back by bank transfer. Once a refund is made, your access to the program ends.

Other cases

• If you were charged twice for the same seat by mistake, tell us and we will refund the extra payment.
• If we cancel the program, we refund your seat in full.
• Requests made later than 3 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
