Terms
These terms apply when you register for Lead & Scale Africa, a program of The Leadership Channel Institute (“we”, “us”). By paying for a seat you confirm that you have read and agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy.
The program
Lead & Scale Africa is a four-week live business program that starts on Monday 7 December. Live sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and every session is recorded within 12 hours. Access is provided through a private Telegram channel, the Institute program platform and your welcome page, together with Forzi AI infrastructure for the length of the program, as described on the program page.
Seats and payment
- There are two kinds of seat, Participant and Scale Circle. The price for each, in your country’s currency, is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken securely by Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD or mobile money, depending on your country) or, in countries Paystack does not serve, by Stripe (card). Any processing fee charged by the payment provider is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
- Your seat is confirmed, and access is sent, once the payment is confirmed. Prices and dates can change before you pay but never after.
- A promo code takes the stated percentage off the price. Codes can have limits and can be withdrawn.
- Seats are limited. We can close registration when the seats for an edition are taken.
Your access is personal
Your seat, welcome link, Telegram invite, platform login and recordings are for you alone. Please do not share them or pass them to anyone else. We may end access that is shared or misused.
How we ask you to behave
Be respectful in the sessions and the community. Do not post spam, abuse, unlawful content or other people’s private information, and do not sell or promote your own services to other participants unless invited to. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Content and ownership
The sessions, worksheets, recordings and other materials belong to us or our partners and are licensed to you for your own personal learning and business use. You may not copy, record, resell or publish them.
No guarantee of results
Results vary. Some participants will reach more than their pathway and some less, depending on execution and focus. Example figures are illustrations, not promised income. No amount of money is guaranteed.
Changes to the schedule
We may adjust session times, speakers or the order of topics where we need to. If we cancel the program altogether, we will refund your seat in full.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested no later than 3 days before the start date. The full terms and how to ask are in the Refund Policy.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or business losses arising from your use of the program, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
